Jumbo cork formicarium for keeping ants at home

The Jumbo formicarium is a larger formicarium recommended for breeding larger ant colonies.

The subject of the offer is the formicarium itself with a cork nest, without equipment, and without ants.

Formicarium technical data:

External dimensions: 30 cm * width 30 cm * height 10 cm

Cork nest with dimensions: 30 * 12.5 * 1 cm

In the side walls of the formicarium there are 2 blind holes fi10 to which you can connect a hose (tubing) with a diameter of 10 mm.

The glass cover is finished with two aluminum angles. The lid has one blinded ventilation hole (vent plug)

Functionality of terrarium for ants Jumbo

By purchasing this formicarium, the breeder has the opportunity to observe the ants horizontally.

It is very capacious - it can hold up to 1500-2000, Lasius niger ants.

The client receives 2 in 1: both the arena and the nest are within one glass block.

The breeder has the option of buying a plexiglass rant for additional ventilation of the formicarium.

In the next stage of ant colony development, it is possible to expand the space for ants by connecting other modules (arenas, nests, formicariums) by connecting them with hoses (tubing) to the Jumbo formicarium.
