Sterilized grasshoppers measuring 4–5 cm are a natural source of protein and chitin for large insectivorous ants such as Camponotus, Messor barbarus, or Formica. Thanks to a unique processing method, they retain their full nutritional value and juicy texture, while being completely free of parasites and pathogens.
